Ready to beat the heat? These pineapple-infused vodka cocktails at Michael's Genuine will have you feeling a breeze in no time.

What better way to beat the heat in Miami than with an array of delightful pineapple vodka drinks. SKYY vodka recently introduced their new flavor in Miami, and Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink whipped up some signature recipes. So, have a Skyyphoon with your pizza and freshly cut potato chips. Summer never felt sweeter.
The Skyyphoon
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add 2 ounces of Skyy Infusions Pineapple
Add 1 ounce of Canton
Add 1/2 an ounce of Homemade Agave Sour and fresh orange juice
Shake and strain over ice in a highball glass
Top off with ginger beer
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Pineapple Sunrise
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add 1 ounce of Skyy Infusions Pineapple
Add 1 ounce of Triple Sec
Add 1 ounce of pineapple juice
Add a splash of honey
Add a splash of Grenadine
Shake vigorously
Pour into a glass
Garnish with pineapple and orange
Accessorize with an umbrella
