Clink: Martini Flight at YOLO

You only live once, so it’s only fitting that YOLO – an upscale Fort Lauderdale lounge that goes by that acronym – would offer revelers more than just a simple martini. How about six tiny martinis – two of each flavor – perfectly placed on a unique tiered rack of which you can pick your new favorite? That’s more like it. Try all three and be delighted. Why? Life’s too short to pick just one. Or impress your friends with a tasting en casa.

Almond Joy
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 1 ½  ounces of Vanilla Vodka, ½ ounce of Malibu Rum and ½ ounce of Godiva Chocolate Liquer.
Shake well. 
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside rim of a chilled Martini glass.
Strain contents of cocktail shaker into the Martini glass.
 
YOLO Cosmo
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 1¾ ounces of Citrus Flavored vodka, ¾ ounces of Triple Sec, ½ ounce of Fresh Lime Juice and 1 ounce of Cranberry Juice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
 
Scarlett O’Hara
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 2 ounces of Southern Comfort, 2 ounces of Cranberry Juice and ½ ounce of Fresh Lime Juice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
