While the sexy ladies dancing upon the bar might catch your eye and the delectable dishes might tantalize your senses, it’s Hot Tuna’s delightful cocktail list that will have you singing along to the unique dinner and a show on Miami Beach. Try their Sake Tuna Tini and you won’t be disappointed.

Sake Tuna Tini
Fill cocktail shaker with ice
Add 2 ounces of Kai lychee vodka (or any lychee vodka of your choice)
Add ½ ounce of sake (lychee infused if available)
Add a splash of grenadine
Shake vigorously.
Strain and serve into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lychee skewer.

Mandarin Sunset
Secure an empty cocktail shaker
Add 2 ounces of orange-infused vodka
Add 1 ounce of orange juice
Add a splash of lemon juice
Add a splash of grenadine
Add a touch of honey
Shake softly
Serve into a short cocktail glass filled with ice
Garnish with an edible flower.
