Visited Chevys last night. It was my first time back since my recent "vegetarian decision"...sooo..as I looked at the menu I did not see anything that did not have chicken, beef etc. I was thinking to myself...what am I going to order now???. Thank God we asked the waiter for a veggie alternative and he offered a Spinach/mushroom enchilada! that wasn't on the menu. It was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. better than the ones with meat . I was so happy and pleased with his recommendation. Came out feeling happy and pretty full. Even when u think a restaurant might not have a Veggie alternative...they surprise u with hidden options u would have never tried otherwise... Read more
