Feast with a purpose Tuesday, May 17 as chefs Paula DaSilva (1500°), Dean Max (3030 Ocean), Michael Bloise (American Noodle Bar), Timon Balloo (Sugarcane), Sean Brasel (Meat Market) and Hedy Goldsmith (Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink) partner to present Chefs for a Cure. Proceeds from the five-course feast will benefit the American Association for Cancer Research. The menu is billed as a “culinary tour of the best of Miami,” with a different chef preparing each course and highlights including sautéed Sebastian Inlet soft shell crab, seared diver scallops with braised oxtail and dry aged beef tenderloin. $150 per person, call 305-674-5594 to reserve.
