Ceviche meets the (wine) bottle Sunday, October 17 as Sugarcane hosts its inaugural Ceviche Throwdown from 3-6pm. Eleven chefs, including Jonathan Eismann (Fin), Kris Wessel (Red Light) & Bernie Mataz (Books & Books Café) will prep 11 different ceviche offerings, each paired with a different wine. Partner with the five-person judging panel to pick the best in show. Wines are a snapshots featured at the Miami International Wine Fair.
