Area 31 celebrates Heat victory Monday with a day full of cocktails and bites. The bar opens at 9am and features daylong $5 beer, wine and Heat cocktails (Hangar One Chipotle, bloody mary mix with chili-salt rim and smoked shrimp garnish) and $19 "Can't Beat the Heat" lunch specials highlighting shrimp ceviche, smoked chicken salad and cookies.
