Island flavors head north next month as Cay opens at the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA). Billed a “Key West style restaurant,” Cay promises a seafood-centric menu featuring corvina ceviche, ahi tuna tartare, gilled calamari, Jamaican jerk chicken, Island pasta and chocolate bread pudding.
