Charlie Sheen's attorney is fighting back against Capri Anderson's claims that the actor was violent toward her that fateful night at the Plaza.

``Ms. Capri never made any allegation to the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen on the night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so,'' Yale Galanter said in a statement.

The Miami exotic dancer is doing the talk show rounds, appearing on both Good Morning America and Nightline. She says the actor was ``loud,'' ``cussing'' and hurling racial slurs the whole evening. Later, at his suite, Anderson said he put his hands around her neck, which is why she locked herself in the bathroom. Supposedly, the bad boy, 45, offered her $20,000 to keep quiet; she plans to sue for assault.

TEETH TROUBLES

T.I. says his drug problem started when he received prescriptions for Oxycontin and hydrocodone after a few dental surgeries this year.

``After the pain went away, I kept taking it. I had like five, six prescriptions. So, I had, like 80 pills. Everybody else might drink or smoke a blunt; I took a pain pill,'' the 30-year-old Takers star tells the December issue of Vibe.

Kate Winslet is living single again. Word is the Oscar winner split with her gorgeous hunk of a man, model Louis Dowler.

What caused the trouble in paradise? ``Louis was just the tonic Kate needed after her painful split from Sam [Mendes] and they had a wonderful time,'' a source told PerezHilton.com. ``However, they have realized their relationship isn't working and Kate needs space to be on her own.''

TMZ obtained Tony Parker's divorce documents, which he filed in Texas, a few days after his soon-to-be ex-wife Eva Longoria. The cause: ``Discord or conflict of personalities.''

Meanwhile, the basketball star has been forced to deny recent reports that he's been sexting British model Sophia Egeler. U.K.'s The Sun reports Parker sent nude photos to the 19-year-old, whom the tabloid alleged Parker met while attending an Ultimate Fighting event in London earlier this year.
