Cafe Sambal salutes summer with a new sushi menu available at lunch and dinner. Highlights include sake marinated drunken shrimp in spicy lime sauce, riceless tuna maki with cucumber, hamachi negi with ginger & scallions, a Tiger Roll (shrimp, sundried tomato, avocado, jalapeno & masago, pictured) and the tempura dragonfly shrimp roll (shrimp tempura, avocado, massage & bonito flakes). 500 Brickell Key Dr, Miami; 305-913-8358.
