Burger & Beer Joint
Rock and Roll never tasted so good as at the new neighborhood hit, Burger & Beer Joint. The gritty setting with salvaged Chicago brick walls and loud music makes the char-grilled burgers and expertly fried snacks taste even better. So do the 80 beers. Service can run the gamut from lame to doting but everyone looks the part. Plus, prices are cheap for true gourmet fare. That is if you don’t want the $48 Stairway to Heaven burger with foe gras, bluck truffle and kobe beef. Ice cream desserts are rather pedestrian but appeal to kids.
