Bond Trisransi (Mr. Yum, 2B Asia Bistro) expands his Asian empire this season with the opening of Bonding in Brickell. Located between Tobacco Road and River Oyster Bar, Bonding dishes out a pan Asian smorgasbord of small plates. Look for Thai lettuce wraps, Cuba Ocho tuna (sushi rice, tuna & avocado), bags of gold (fried shrimp, mushrooms & water chestnuts), the sexy dynamite roll (pictured: caramelized scallops, red & black tobiko), carrot soup and snapper carpaccio.
