I won't lie...this is where I dropped my chip. When I came into the Burger Bash, I was given an Amstel Light token to drop inside a box to represent my favorite burger. Bobby's Burger Palace's pick was simply divine. And why was it divine? Let me explain.

This burger reminded me of those type of meals which you have growing up. The type of burgers served at kiddie birthday parties where the goody bags are all you look forward to, and the food fills your belly with comfort. The simple mix of blue cheese dressing, crispy bacon strips and fresh potato chips had me doing what a friend suggested me not do...I ate the whole thing! Yes, it was a small burger, but it made me happy as I chowed it down and kicked it back with a swig of cold Amstel Light.

Wait, isn't that Iron Chef Bobby Flay serving them? Wait a minute...this is his casual restaurant's food with locations in New York and New Jersey? Yeah, we need one of these in Miami. For sure.

All I could do as he served me the burger was say thanks...and he simply said "You're welcome", with a serious "I am focused serving burgers" kinda face. Goes to show you, once an Iron Chef, always an Iron Chef. It's all about concentration.
