Blue Collar, the Biscayne Blvd. fave and recent winner of The Chowfather's manic March Madness, is getting into the late night biz with a new menu available until 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays begining officially next Friday, March 29. On that menu are items only available in the wee hours, including fried smoked gouda, jambalaya and, says chef/owner Daniel Serfer, "the city's best fried chicken," paying respect to what he--and we--think is the city's first best--Publix. Also on tap, two for 1 Narragansett beer and 10% off the tab of anyone who works in the restaurant biz as long as they have a valid pay stub to prove it.
