Blue Collar Goes PINK for October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Chef Danny Serfer, who lost his mother to breast cancer, has changed uniforms to pink, renamed the restaurant Pink Collar Restaurant for October and launched a host of new menu items including seared duck breast, roasted prime rib and his mother's favorite Marsha's salad (romaine, cucumber, radish, carrot, bacon, grain mustard vinaigrette). 6730 Biscayne Blvd, Miami; 305-756-0366
