Bliss out this month as Acqualina Resort & Spa partners with YOGiiZA to create an October Wellness Weekend Package. Designed to relax and rejuvenate, the three-day event blends yoga, meditation, a raw food workshop, cooking demos, lunch and signature ESPA spa treatments. Additional workshops and classes are offered a la carte. Participants will also receive 10% off spa treatments booked for Oct 21-23. Rates start at $525 per night with a two night minimum required. The weekend itinerary includes:

Friday, October 21

• 4pm: Check In/Welcome Wellness Amenity & Tour of Facility
• 7pm: Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Yoga Meditation (75 min)

                          
Saturday, October 22

• 9am: Morning Beachfront Yoga (75 min)
• 10:30am: Midmorning Blissful Bites
• 11am: Spa Leisure Time: Book a 50 min ESPA Tension Relief Treatment at 11am or 12pm
• 2pm: Raw Foods Workshop & Cooking Demonstration
• *Afternoon Leisure Time
• 7pm: Energizing Chakra Cleanse Yoga Session (75 min)

 
Sunday, October 23

• 9am: Morning Beachfront Yoga (75 min)
• 10:30am: Midmorning Blissful Bites
• 11am: Spa Leisure Time: Book a 50 min ESPA Swedish Massage and a salt and oil Scrub at 11am or 12:30pm
• 2pm: Check Out
