Off the Rickenbacker Causeway on Key Biscayne, Bayside Hut is party central. Hosting all kinds of wild events such as Summer Splash Wet Fete to New Year's Eve throwdowns, this bayside bar is where tourists and locals come boogie down under the sun. Don't bother calling ahead for a reservation, the Hut has a phone for emergencies only. Just show up in your skivvies and hope there isn't a throng of twenty-somethings watching a wet T-shirt contest. Unless, of course, that's the scene you're looking for. Oh yeah -- they serve food during the day. After a long afternoon at the beach, swing by and check out the daily catch.
