This chic place combines elements of Lebanese and Japanese cuisine to create fresh, light and healthy dishes. The most popular are the wraps in a choice of whole wheat bread or rice paper and salad and sushi roll combos. There are also dips with pita chips, golden pockets (tofu skin stuffed with sushi), juices and smoothies. The Lebanese platter includes mini pita, lamb kebabs, hummus, tabbouleh, and torpedo-shaped cracked and wheat, lamb and pine nut kibbeh. Innovative rolls range from eel with coconut flakes, guava and avocado to the kiwi with salmon, cucumber and tempura flakes topped with sliced kiwi, avocado and jumbo lump crab. Mango, pineapple and papaya salad goes great with a jasmine roll (rolled in pink soy paper with shrimp, mango, macadamia nuts and sun-dried tomato. Lebanese pastries and ice cream make for a sweet ending here.
