Slims boasts that it’s "where the beautiful people come to get ugly." Witty words, but if you’ve been to Slims, you know the beautiful people here stay beautiful. A young, uninhibited hip crowd gathers nightly at this retro rock bar which could serve as a backdrop to a Quentin Tarantino flick. On weeknights, a skateboard half-pipe draws young daredevils and the hoodie-clad girls who love them.
