Ahnald's daughter: It's all about inner beauty

You won't catch Katherine Schwarzenegger on the latest fad diet. Been there, ate that.
Rock's main message is directed to young girls who don't necessarily fit the size-2 mold seen in magazines and on screen.
``It's unrealistic to compare yourself to models, who are most of the time airbrushed,'' says the 20-year-old USC student. ``It's really important to know what is and isn't real.''
A recent example of someone taking things to the extreme is Disney star Demi Lovato, who entered rehab for body image issues.
``She's in an industry where that's all anyone focuses on,'' says Schwarzenegger, whose favorite splurge is cereal. ``It's a lot of pressure to always be thinking about how you look on the outside, every single day.''
The California governor's daughter considers herself lucky that her upbringing was different. ``My parents are an amazing support system,'' she says.
And does your ex-body building dad ever want you to pump it up in the weight room?
``Oh no, he's never critical,'' she says. ``He tells you when when you're doing something wrong and how to correct it -- it's in a more educational way.''
HAVING A BALL
Adrienne Williams is getting into wedding planning mode.
But there's a slight delay -- her fiancé, Heat player Chris Bosh, has to win the NBA championship first.
The couple is also busy doing charity work. Sunday night, they'll host the inaugural Chris Bosh Home Strong Gala, a supporting our troops and vets.
Being involved has helped Williams get into the Miami community.
``I've been able to meet people sooner rather than later,'' said the petite blonde, who first locked eyes with Bosh, 26, at a charity event last year.
As for the nuptials, the date and venue have been picked, but details are under wraps (sorry; her planners, Triton Productions, signed a confidentiality agreement).
The 25-year-old would only say it'll be somewhere in Miami this summer.
``We got to see a lot of cool venues, but Chris and I like a little bit more of a Zen-modern. We like more of an open space. We don't like to go with places that are already decorated with certain styles or tastes. We like to come in and make it ours.''
